I need more sleeping hours..have been getting up early to finish up my work because I simply have difficulties keeping myself awake the night before. But even so...I didn't make the effort to sleep early to compensate for waking up early so that means I have been accumulating sleep debt and now I'm paying the price. Sleepy and unable to focus.
